You can blend some strawberries up to make a thick paste out of them and then use it to gently rub onto your teeth. Doing this twice a day will help get you results in a few short weeks.

On the other hand, you can simply eat them! This may take slightly longer to affect teeth discoloration, but it requires very little extra effort on your part. Simply add strawberries to your weekly grocery list and make it a regular snack or ingredient you use in your meals.
