13. A Better Night’s Sleep

We know that the recommended good night’s sleep is a full 8 hours for a human being. But, it’s not always easy achieving that goal. Even if you do go to bed, you end up tossing and turning for hours. Sleep analysis studies have found that people who took regular walks had longer and better quality of sleep. Even those who were already suffering with insomnia reported being able to sleep better once they started taking daily walks.
