It reported that physical activity actually helps get rid of the stress-causing hormone, called cortisol, out of our bodies. So, if you seem to be plagued with worries, go for a walk! If you walk with a friend or out in nature, you’ll get the added benefit of companionship or fresh air and natural beauty, which should also do wonders for your mood!
