Not only does walking help you feel younger by getting your body in tip-top shape, it can also make you look younger. According to a study published in the journal “PLOS One”, scientists concluded that cardiovascular exercise, including walking, can help preserve of lengthen the part of your DNA that shortens as we age, called telomeres. But, do make sure to wear sunscreen while walking in the sun, just so the effects don’t end up canceling each other!
