A study published in “Live Science” stated that moderate physical activity that is regularly done, like brisk walking, can increase a person’s life expectancy by several years. This is true even for people who are overweight! And added bonus is that the extra few years you’ll live will be happy ones, because a different study reported that people who exercise frequently said they often felt more excited and eager about their future than those who led sedentary lives.
