Say no to diabetes.

Hearing people say they have diabetes is becoming more of a common occurrence nowadays, and that’s pretty scary. The rise in diabetes can be attributed to changes in lifestyle and diet, and one of the best ways to fight against it is, incidentally, changing your lifestyle and diet.

What we’re saying is, eat more avocados! (And don’t eat unhealthy foods. Also be more physically active. That’s all.)

As we already saw, avocados contain an abundance of things like oleic acid, as well as Vitamin C and E. On top of all the benefits these provide, when bounded together they also help fight against diabetes by regulating cholesterol (reduce LDL, increase HDL), strengthening blood vessels and capillaries, and boosting the immune system.
